Keep it simple. A little care goes a long way toward keeping your Cecilia's House pieces looking beautiful.

THE CARE BASICS

  • Wash drinkware and straw toppers before first use.
  • Use warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge or cloth.
  • Skip bleach, harsh cleaners, steel wool, and abrasive scrubbers.
  • Rinse well and dry every piece completely before reassembling or storing.
Stainless-Steel Tumblers
  • Remove the lid, straw, topper, charm, and other detachable parts. Wash each piece separately.
  • Hand washing is the gentlest option for the finish, artwork, insulation, seals, and small parts. If your product page or packaging says the item is dishwasher-safe, follow those instructions.
  • Never microwave a stainless-steel tumbler. Transfer the drink to a microwave-safe container before heating.
  • For hard-water residue, rinse with one part white vinegar and three parts water, then rinse again and dry thoroughly.
  • Follow any temperature or use instructions supplied with your specific lid and straw. Stop using a tumbler or component that is cracked, broken, or otherwise unsafe.
Mugs — Glass & Ceramic
  • Hand washing is the safest general option for both glass and ceramic mugs and helps preserve the design.
  • Do not use the dishwasher or microwave unless the mug's original product instructions specifically say it is safe.
  • Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as pouring a very hot drink into a cold mug or moving a hot mug onto a cold or wet surface.
  • Do not use a mug that is cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged.
Straw Toppers & Charms

Silicone Straw Toppers

  • Remove from the straw and wash regularly with warm water and mild dish soap—especially after drinks containing milk or sugar.
  • Rinse and dry completely. If the product page says the topper is dishwasher-safe, follow those instructions; hand washing is still the gentlest option.

Metal or Decorative Charms

  • Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
  • Keep dry when possible. Do not soak, microwave, or wash decorative charms in the dishwasher.

Small-parts notice: Toppers, charms, clips, and similar accessories are not toys and may present a choking hazard. Keep them away from young children and pets.
