Cecilia's House — Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cecilia's House. We want every order to bring you joy.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Stolen, or Lost Items

If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout and your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is stolen in transit, please file a claim directly with Route. Cecilia's House is not a party to that claim and assumes no liability for its outcome.

If you opted out of Route Package Protection, Cecilia's House bears no liability for loss, theft, or damage once the order has been accepted by the carrier. All risk of loss transfers to the customer at the point of carrier pickup. You may file a claim directly with the carrier at your own discretion.


Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@ceciliashouse.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the item(s), packaging, and packing slip

Claims submitted after 7 days, without required documentation, or without original packaging will not be eligible for review. No replacements, credits, or refunds will be issued in such cases. Cecilia's House reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.


Order Edits & Cancellations

You have 15 minutes from the time of purchase to request any changes to your order — including cancellations, address corrections, or duplicate order cancellations. Order editing is available directly on your order confirmation page for 15 minutes after you've placed your order.

After that window closes, orders are locked for fulfillment and no edits or cancellations can be made. Please note:

  • Cancellations — Orders cancelled within 15 minutes will receive a full refund to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued after that window.
  • Wrong or incomplete addresses — It is the customer's sole responsibility to enter an accurate shipping address at checkout. Cecilia's House is not liable for orders that are undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender due to an address error. No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.
  • Duplicate orders — Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. Cecilia's House is not liable for duplicate purchases made in error after the 15-minute window has passed. No refunds will be issued for duplicate orders outside of the cancellation window.

While we make every effort to respond to edit and cancellation requests promptly, Cecilia's House is not liable for orders that ship before a customer service response can be issued.

Response times are not guaranteed, and the 15-minute edit window is the only confirmed opportunity to modify or cancel an order.

We strongly encourage all customers to use the order confirmation page to make changes directly rather than relying on customer service response time. All orders that ship are considered confirmed and final.


Additional Terms

  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued outside of the terms stated in this policy.
  • Cecilia's House assumes no responsibility for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or use of the product beyond its intended purpose after delivery.
  • By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to the terms of this policy in full.
